She is also a recurring guest co-host on BOB 106, one of the Twin Cities’ most popular radio stations.
Ali and her longtime musical partner Joe Beier have been performing together for over 15 years. Their acoustic duo show is known for sharp chemistry, easy banter, and a setlist that roams freely — from Sinatra and Elvis to The Killers and The Cranberries. Rose Duffy is a Minnesota music institution. With over 45 years of experience as a multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and bandleader, she is best known for her mastery of the tenor saxophone and flute — and for a career that has put her on stage alongside some of the greatest names in American blues and jazz. Rose has shared the stage with Etta James, Buddy Guy, Koko Taylor, James Cotton, Luther Allison, and the Legendary Blues Band, among many others. She has been nominated as Minnesota’s Best Musician and continues to perform throughout the Twin Cities with multiple bands and projects.
